Snap(shot) Judgements are posts that will appear with no real regularity. I love farmers markets. Despite the popularity and the corresponding crowds, I still try to visit the market at Union Square once a week (usually Saturday) to see what’s fresh and in season. In San Francisco, the most comparable market would undoubtedly have to be the one situated at the Ferry Building on the Embarcadero. Finding myself staying Friday night at a hotel just steps away from the market, it would be silly not to stop by the next morning, right? Exactly.
